Senior Manager, Fashion Expertise - West & Hawaii

Summary

The Senior Manager, Fashion Expertise leads regional learning and development across multiple markets, translating the House's vision into impactful training experiences. The role develops talent, strengthens product and service expertise, and advances client styling and engagement across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead new-hire onboarding and support boutique openings with regional fashion training.
• Deliver product and service training, and track participation and effectiveness across markets.
• Develop regional client styling strategy, monitor KPIs, and host client-facing styling events.
• Coach and develop Managers, Fashion Expertise, and share regional insights with the Home Office.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of training and/or organizational development experience.
• Recognized styling expertise and significant experience in luxury fashion, retail training, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and coach others, with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel frequently, up to 70% domestically; role requires in-person presence at the designated location or office at least three days per week.
