Summary
The Senior Manager, Fashion Expertise for West & Hawaii leads regional learning and styling strategy, ensuring consistent product and service expertise across multiple markets. This role translates national and global training vision into impactful onboarding, product and service programs, and regional client styling initiatives. The Senior Manager coaches Managers, Fashion Expertise, measures training effectiveness, and supports boutique openings while traveling frequently across the region.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver New Hire Training and onboarding for boutique teams and new Managers in the region.
- Lead and facilitate offsite Product Expert and Service Expert training to reinforce collection knowledge, savoir-faire, and client service behaviors.
- Support boutique openings as the lead Fashion training resource to prepare teams for launch.
- Develop and execute regional client styling strategy, host client-facing events and styling appointments, and contribute to client development goals.
- Coach, observe, and provide actionable feedback to Managers, Fashion Expertise to elevate training delivery and in-boutique coaching.
- Track, analyze, and report training KPIs, completion rates, and Voice of Client insights to inform regional and Home Office strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of training and/or organizational development experience, preferably in luxury fashion or retail training.
- Demonstrated styling expertise, strong client focus, and experience delivering formal training and presentations.
- Proven ability to coach and develop managers and retail talent across multiple markets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage a multi-market region.
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 70% domestic) and work a minimum of three days in-person at the designated office.
