Senior Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

As the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will support the Finance team in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring financial goals are met, and monitoring overall financial performance. You will play a key role in protecting the company’s financial assets and mitigating financial risks through robust reporting and compliance controls.

• Oversee budget construction and reforecasts, partnering with corporate, retail, and wholesale business partners.
• Collaborate with management to support strategic and financial planning initiatives.
• Manage consolidation and analysis of financial statements during monthly closing reporting.
• Deliver comprehensive financial reporting and analysis for sister subsidiaries.
• Track and assess overhead expenses, providing insightful commentary on variances.
• Analyze and provide feedback on all elements of PL, balance sheet accounts, and financial results.
• Present financial results to business partners quarterly.
• Provide audit information requests and perform financial controlling functions.

• 8+ years of experience in a major company or division of a large corporation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of IFRS GAAP is a plus.
• Proven ability to build successful relationships and collaborate across departments.
• Team leadership skills with a commitment to recruiting and mentoring a diverse team.
• Significant budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of SAP, Cegid, Cognos, TM1, Magnitude, Coupa systems is a plus.
