Senior Paralegal

Summary

The Senior Paralegal supports CHANEL's Legal team across litigation, employment, regulatory, commercial, and compliance matters. The role coordinates complex legal workflows, partners with attorneys and outside counsel, and helps strengthen risk mitigation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management, workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple legal matters.
• Organize files, gather documents, and coordinate interviews with outside counsel.
• Support investigations, regulatory monitoring, litigation holds, document preservation, and records management.
• Build and maintain a database of U.S. legal and regulatory developments.
• Track legal budgets and spending.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of paralegal experience in a dynamic environment, with exposure to multiple areas of law.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and case management, including discovery, litigation holds, and investigations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently with precision, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with legal and business systems, legislation tracking, budgeting, and legal databases.
• Agility in adopting AI-enabled tools.
