Job Description

Summary

As a Senior Sales Associate at Versace The Domain, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a high-end retail environment. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, supporting the development of the team and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales targets and inspire the team to reach their goals.
  • Develop and expand the customer base by leveraging high-profile clientele and sales opportunities.
  • Implement and manage the boutique's community outreach program to maintain active social relationships with clients.
  • Ensure effective communication with the Store Manager and maintain operational excellence in all store processes.
  • Motivate the team, build positive morale, and drive results through accountability and celebrating successes.
  • Assist the Store Manager in training and development of staff.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail environment, luxury experience preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results and hands-on leadership skills.
  • Strong network with the ability to engage clients and a high-energy personality.
  • Elevated customer service skills with a passion for fashion and sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
