Summary

As a Client Advisor you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. This role services clients in-store and digitally using technology and reports to the Sales Manager. The position is onsite at the specified location and focuses on styling and driving sales through omni-channel tools.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized service and styling
• Demonstrate expert product and brand knowledge to advise clients
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach and business development to increase productivity
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration with team members

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools and store technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule and availability for in-store hours
