Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise in a luxury eyewear boutique, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Support omnichannel customer experiences and assist with minor adjustments and repairs while maintaining store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations.
- Build and maintain client relationships including follow up communication.
- Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross selling.
- Stay current on product knowledge trends warranties and optical add on features.
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless online and in store experiences.
- Assist with minor adjustments repairs and product handling.
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing sales floor and back of house.
- Adhere to brand policies procedures and participate in training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive results.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Experience operating a POS system preferred.
