The Senior Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador at the Versace Topanga Boutique, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales. The role supports daily store operations, client relationship development, inventory activities, and team coaching.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and client data capture goals while building and maintaining client relationships.
• Provide after-sales service, including follow-up communication and product repair or maintenance support.
• Support daily store operations, including register opening and closing, visual maintenance, inventory tasks, returns, exchanges, and consignments.
• Follow operational policies and procedures and maintain high standards for inventory operations.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events, and support sales team coaching and training.
• Build effective partnerships with clients, peers, and management.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clienteling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality with effective communication skills.
