Senior Styling Associate

As a Senior Styling Associate at Ralph Lauren, you will manage all Men's Polo global photoshoots, working closely with the marketing and merchandising divisions to ensure all project needs are met. You will report to the Head of Advertising Styling and play a key role in coordinating samples, styling approvals, and marketing requirements.

• Present all campaign looks to senior leadership for approvals.
• Aid senior designers in style outs and on-set styling at photoshoots.
• Source samples and accessories per senior design, marketing, and merchandising requests.
• Collaborate with the senior merchandising team to ensure clothing and accessories are owned for necessary regions.
• Create and manage shot lists for each shoot and collaborate with the creative operations team post-shoot.
• Manage fittings, wardrobe shipments, and expendables for each shoot.
• Facilitate international carnet shipments to ensure wardrobe meets customs regulations.
• Manage setup for style outs with design teams and senior leadership.

• Advanced knowledge of fashion and advertising styling experience.
• Understanding of the Ralph Lauren legacy, history, and brand vision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional prioritization workflow skills and ability to work under time constraints.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative, Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Social Media channels.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice, up to 60% travel.
