Provide high quality sewing and pressing alterations to meet customer expectations and department standards. Complete alteration tasks on time while utilizing store technology and collaborating with the Alterations and Store Team. Maintain organization and prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast paced retail environment.

• Perform and complete sewing and pressing tasks according to company guidelines and service standards
• Execute workload and follow through on customer alteration needs to meet deadlines
• Meet department and individual productivity goals while following proper processes and procedures
• Utilize store technology to manage and organize customer alteration orders
• Deliver customer expectations through teamwork and collaboration with store teams
• Safely operate sewing and pressing machinery and standard alterations equipment
• Maintain clear professional communication with coworkers and customers

Requirements

• Previous sewing and pressing experience, preferred minimum of 2-3 years
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and safely operate alteration equipment
• Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs
• Clear professional communication skills
