SummaryThe Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a highly accurate and detailed inventory and dispatch of all watch components, ensuring the seamless flow of parts to support the repair process. The coordinator must efficiently track back-ordered parts to ensure timely completion of repairs and assist with daily and weekly inventory transfers, cycle counts, and audits.
Responsibilities- Maintain an accurate and detailed inventory of all parts for watches.
- Timely and meticulous allocation of parts to in-house repairs as well as watchmaker requests.
- Generate a weekly purchase order from distributor, including all depleted and unavailable parts.
- Manage jobs with back-ordered parts to assist the workshop in delivering on a tight deadline.
- Accept daily and weekly transfer orders, ensuring correct volume and usage of parts.
- Assist in weekly cycle counting and all inventory audits.
- Prepare transfers of attachments for all repair sites.
- Organize the vault and perform weekly cycle inventory counts.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with the workshop and sales department.
- Maintain service site for current stock and accurate customer repair database.
- Coordinate with Repair Center Manager, Watchmakers, and Spare Parts Coordinator to ensure limited turnaround time of repair.
- Assist in the physical flow of the repair cycle and complete inventory counts as scheduled.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing repairs, photocopying, scanning, and correspondence.
Requirements- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Ability to maintain excellent working relationships and cleanliness of the workroom area.
- Attention to detail and precise data entry skills.
- Experience using an ERP & SAP system is a plus.
- Effective communication skills via email and phone.
- Ability to lift 20-40 lbs.
- Self-motivated and well-organized with pro-active problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Breitling’s products, policies, and procedures.
