Summary
Lead production and execution of fragrance and beauty in-store campaign activations including podiums, visual merchandising, and window displays while collaborating with Artistic Direction, Marketing, Procurement, and vendors. Manage project communication, logistics, and sustainability initiatives to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and brand standards. Support bidding, vendor onboarding, and budget tracking in a hybrid work environment with travel for onsite visits.
Responsibilities
- Manage production of in-store campaign activations and temporary events
- Review and negotiate quotes and vendor contracts
- Evaluate drawings, samples, fabrication details and value engineer solutions
- Coordinate logistics for delivery, installation, strike, storage and punch lists
- Plan sourcing, onboarding and development of vendors with procurement partners
- Track budgets and timelines and update stakeholders as projects progress
- Issue purchase orders and process invoices and related paperwork
- Travel to production facilities and stores to verify quality and validate execution
- Implement sustainability practices and strategies to reduce carbon footprint
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years related experience in millwork, interior design, architecture or similar fields
- Familiarity with technical drawings and fabrication details
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and SketchUp
- Attention to detail and aesthetic eye for quality control
- Experience with budget monitoring, quotations and vendor negotiation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a collaborative environment
- Willingness to travel up to 15 percent for onsite visits
