Summary
The Specialist, Global Marketing supports planning, execution, and measurement of strategic global marketing initiatives for the brand. This role partners with cross functional teams to develop creative toolkits, manage project timelines, and translate business data into actionable strategies that drive results across jewelry and related verticals.
Responsibilities
- Support development of global marketing initiatives from brief through creative deployment and asset toolkits
- Maintain master marketing content calendar and communicate objectives and next steps to stakeholders
- Manage research projects including competitive analyses and market assessments
- Serve as single point of contact for regional partners and cross functional projects
- Prepare presentations and materials for senior management and regional leaders
- Conduct complex business analysis synthesizing cross channel insights to measure initiative success
- Collaborate with partners including Client Development, Email, Site Content, Visual Merchandising, Media, CVM, Events, PR, and Category Management
- Provide ongoing support and communication on initiative asset kits with Project Management and Creative teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years related work experience
- Deep understanding of brand identity, heritage, and luxury positioning
- Strong communication, business writing, and public speaking skills
- Proficiency in analyzing data and synthesizing insights to inform strategy
- Exceptional organizational and problem solving abilities with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Cultural awareness and flexibility to work with international time zones
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proactive, solutions oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple high impact initiatives
