- Collaborate on events such as product launches, boutique openings, and client experience programs.
- Help develop and manage project plans, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and roles.
- Assist in developing and managing event processes, including concept, decor, and entertainment.
- Provide support to the Project Manager, Director, and VP with project responsibilities and team management.
- Maintain knowledge of budgets and negotiations, enhancing logistics and formatting proficiency.
- Stay updated on design, technology, industry standards, and creative trends.
- Collaborate with leadership to source and secure project resources within budget.
- Foster and maintain relationships with event vendors and industry partners.
- Assist in sourcing and managing production companies and vendors to align with Tiffany's strategy.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in events and exhibitions in luxury, fashion, and jewelry retail.
- Technical skills in graphic design, production, and floor plans.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for building brands and challenging the status quo.
- Proactive attitude with a drive for excellence and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
