Spring Up 8 Way Hand Tie Associate

As a Spring Up 8 Way Hand Tie Associate at RH Manufacturing in Hickory, NC, you will be responsible for applying seating platforms to upholstered products according to quality and product specifications. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of RH's luxury home furnishings.

• Live RH's Vision, Values, and Beliefs every day.
• Apply appropriate strings, webbing, edge roll, or other materials to the frame using staple gun, glue, clinch gun, or other methods.
• Tie springs to the frame using the 8 Way Hand Tie method to meet quality and product design specifications.
• Use hand tools such as staple gun, mallets, hammers, staple pullers, and other tools.
• Perform other duties as required for RHM to be successful, including outside of regular work area.

• 6 months prior experience in a similar role and knowledge of upholstery products.
• Ability to read production tickets.
• Adequate communication skills to interact with all other RHM team members.
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly lift, carry, push, pull, or grip up to 100 lbs.
