Summary
The Senior Manager, Program Management for Finance Insights, Analytics & AI leads delivery of a portfolio of enterprise programs focused on finance automation, analytics modernization, and AI enablement. This role combines program leadership, stakeholder and governance management, and people leadership to drive strategy through execution across finance, technology, and analytics teams. The manager owns roadmaps, dependencies, and value realization to ensure solutions move from concept to production at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the program roadmap, milestone tracking, dependency management, sequencing, and value realization across the Finance Insights, Analytics & AI portfolio.
- Lead and develop a small team of program managers and data analysts, setting clear expectations and maintaining high-performance delivery.
- Manage multiple stakeholder groups, create alignment and prioritization, surface decisions, mitigate risks, and resolve conflicts.
- Partner with data analysts and technical teams to connect analytical and AI solution development to program delivery and production readiness.
- Develop executive-level communications and materials to report status, risks, and decisions for sponsors and senior leadership.
- Establish and maintain operating cadences, governance standards, and program frameworks to keep the portfolio on track.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, strategy, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years leading or managing large, complex programs and cross-functional teams.
- 7+ years influencing senior-level executives and driving alignment across finance, technology, and analytics stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build program roadmaps, operating cadences, and governance frameworks in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, and AI concepts and the ability to translate between business and technical teams.
- Demonstrated people leadership, exceptional communication and storytelling skills, and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
