Sr Manager Program Management - Merchandising

As a Sr Manager of Program Management in Merchandising, you will lead large-scale integrations and drive business impact through collaboration and technology. You will work cross-functionally to implement business process improvements and deploy new tools and systems that support Nordstrom's growth ambition.

• Coordinate across business and technical teams to ensure effective and sustainable integration of solutions.
• Shape and execute merchandising initiatives that drive meaningful results for the business and customers.
• Develop, design, and launch process improvements and business solutions in partnership with senior leadership.
• Oversee and mentor a team of program and project managers, fostering talent development.
• Partner closely with technology teams to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
• Drive program visibility and engagement by setting clear success metrics and evaluating performance.
• Inspire inclusive leadership and foster collaboration across the organization.

• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale programs and cross-functional initiatives, preferably in retail or merchandising.
• Proven success in delivering enterprise-level technology implementations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Located within a commutable distance of the Nordstrom corporate offices in Seattle, WA.
