Summary
Senior User Acceptance Test Analyst responsible for leading end-to-end UAT for complex cross-functional projects within Loyalty Operations. The role translates business requirements into detailed test scenarios, partners with technical and business stakeholders, and provides final sign-off recommendations to ensure quality and usability across customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, and execution of end-to-end UAT for complex projects
- Translate business requirements into detailed UAT scenarios and test cases
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to validate functionality
- Integrate UAT process and standards into project lifecycles across methodologies
- Identify, document, track defects and ensure timely resolution and retesting
- Provide status updates, test metrics, and final sign-off recommendations
- Promote usability, accessibility, and business alignment in testing
- Continuously improve UAT processes, tools, and standards
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or information systems
- 5+ years of experience in UAT, business analysis, or quality assurance
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development lifecycles
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
- Experience developing test strategies, plans, schedules, and resourcing testing teams
- Familiarity with automation tools or scripting for UAT is a plus
- Certifications such as ISTQB or Six Sigma are a plus
