Stock Associate

Summary

The Stock Associate reports to the Store Director and supports shipping and receiving, inventory management, back stock organization, repairs processing, and sales floor assistance as needed. The role ensures accurate movement of merchandise, maintains store supplies, assists with visual standards, and helps execute cycle counts and monthly reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving and ensure accurate, timely processing of goods and inter-store transfers
• Maintain and replenish store supplies (shopping bags, receipts, tissue, etc.)
• Process, ship, and track repairs in partnership with retail management
• Check in new merchandise and organize back stock for accessibility
• Execute monthly cycle counts, support inventory reconciliation, and partner with Inventory Control
• Assist with visual display implementation and communicate visual standards to the team
• Support the sales floor and oversee daily store maintenance and repair coordination

Requirements

• 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and retail systems such as JDA
• Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and commercial awareness with ability to drive results
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing team members
