Stock Associate - Valley Fair

As a Stock Associate at JC Valley Fair, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for all Jimmy Choo clients by managing inventory and supporting the store team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the effective implementation of shipment standards and maintaining an organized stockroom.

• Support store teams in maximizing the shopping experience for all clients.
• Assist in processing all inventory movements and ensure standards are followed.
• Organize shoe back stock and manage shipments, supply orders, and inventory needs.
• Notify management of any shipment discrepancies and complete damages as required.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and perform re-ticketing, re-pricing, and markdowns.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all styles are represented on the sales floor.
• Protect company assets by adhering to all Loss Prevention procedures.
• Assist sales staff in developing customer relationships and fulfill Cashier duties as necessary.

• 1+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and superior customer service practices.
• Understanding of product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales.
