Stock Controller - Aspen

Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations and sales to execute operational duties, manage inventory processes, and ensure compliance with company procedures. This role supports shipping and receiving, maintains stock accuracy, and assists with customer inquiries related to repairs and returns.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform inventory maintenance
• Support stock associates to ensure inventory accuracy
• Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Ensure back of house and front of house stock meet operations guidelines
• Provide customer service regarding repairs and returns of merchandise
• Execute company operational policies and procedures
• Support store staff in complying with company initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience
• Experience in luxury retail preferred
• Proven inventory management and reporting skills
• Proficient with MS Word Excel and Outlook
• Ability to move merchandise and handle boxes up to 40 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and numerical ability
• Ability to work varied hours and overtime with short notice
