Summary
The Stock Supervisor oversees daily inventory control, stock handling, and supervision of the stock team to ensure accurate inventory levels, proper rotation, and efficient workflow while maintaining safety and organization in the stockroom.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the stock team in receiving storing replenishing and organizing inventory
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing and management to maintain appropriate levels
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Oversee stockroom cleanliness safety and compliance with health regulations
- Ensure incoming and outgoing inventory is processed accurately and timely
- Train and mentor new stock associates on inventory systems safety procedures and company policies
- Assist in developing and implementing stockroom processes and best practices
- Collaborate with sales logistics and other departments to fulfill inventory requests
Requirements
