Summary
Stock Supervisor responsible for supervising inbound and outbound merchandise and maintaining back of house stock and supply areas. Acts as point person for stockroom organization to maximize store productivity, supports client advisors and may hold key holder responsibilities. Ensures accurate replenishment, inventory operations and adherence to loss prevention and corporate procedures.
Responsibilities
- Supervise receipt, quantities, tagging and deliveries of products and supplies.
- Manage stockroom organization and ensure efficient replenishment to the selling floor.
- Control transfers, outgoing packages and inter-store movements.
- Plan and undertake inventory operations and monitor loss prevention and unknown mark-downs.
- Train and support new stock keepers on systems and stockroom guidelines.
- Participate in daily store meetings and communicate business trends and updates.
- Coordinate store maintenance issues with Corporate and address structural or lighting concerns.
- Oversee shipping and receiving procedures and related paperwork distribution.
- Manage uniforms, supplies ordering and coordination with suppliers including delivery and invoicing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Experience with women's and men's ready to wear merchandise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results driven with leadership capabilities and ability to supervise staff.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced retail environment.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Competence in cash procedures and ability to support cashier team if needed.
