Stock Supervisor

Summary

The Stock Supervisor ensures the store is prepared for customers by managing deliveries, organizing stock, and identifying operational opportunities. This role oversees inventory accuracy using RFID and stock systems and supports efficient stockroom layout and merchandise handling. The supervisor provides on the job training and supervises the Sales Support Team while maintaining compliance with store processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply levels to prevent overage and maintain budgets
• Maintain inventory accuracy through RFID and stock management systems
• Execute shipment receiving and processing to floor ready standards
• Handle merchandise and maintain customer goods appropriately
• Supervise and train Sales Support Team daily activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient stockroom
• Collaborate with store management on stockroom layout and efficiency
• Follow store policies and meet store process dashboard expectations
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

• Tech savvy with experience using inventory systems
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry at least 50 pounds
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
