Summary
Lead and coordinate back-of-house operations to ensure stockroom efficiency and compliance with company guidelines. Support the Store Manager and sales team by managing product intake, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement organization of sellable products to support sales and minimize client wait time.
- Manage merchandise replenishment and execute omnichannel ship-from-store orders promptly.
- Oversee product intake, outflow, rotation, and proper handling to prevent damage.
- Execute cycle counts and annual stock-takes and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Report stock loss and coordinate audits and loss prevention activities with management.
- Manage non-sellable items such as packaging, uniforms, and stationary.
- Support after-sales processes including returns, repairs, and client complaints.
- Utilize company systems and tools for stock management and reporting.
Requirements
- Experience in inventory and stockroom management.
- Knowledge of loss prevention practices and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to lead and coordinate store back-of-house team.
- Familiarity with retail systems such as SAP and inventory tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Customer focused with ability to support sales colleagues effectively.
