Stock Supervisor

Summary

The Stock Supervisor partners with store leadership to ensure the store is prepared for the customer experience by managing receiving, organizing inventory, and maintaining stockroom standards. This role focuses on inventory accuracy using RFID and stock management systems and identifies operational opportunities for the store and allocation teams. The supervisor provides direction to the Sales Support Team and supports efficient stockroom layout and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply to prevent overage and maintain budgets and inventory accuracy using RFID and stock systems
• Execute shipment receiving and processing to floor-ready standards and maintain customer goods
• Train and supervise daily activities of the Sales Support Team where applicable
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient stockroom and coordinate stockroom layout with store management
• Ensure compliance with store policies and perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Strong organizational and logistics skills with close attention to detail
• Tech savvy with exceptional time management and organizational abilities
• Professional verbal and written communication and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry at least 50 pounds
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
