• Oversee sales performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing action plans to optimize business opportunities.
• Achieve quantitative targets through strategic planning and identifying client and VIC opportunities.
• Delegate tasks to department managers in a high-volume environment.
• Act as a brand ambassador and manage VIC initiatives.
• Maintain communication with the store team, retail leaders, and cross-functional partners.
• Evaluate market trends and perform competitive analysis.
• Support the sales process by ensuring luxury service and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to oversee the store team.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Participate in scouting and selection of new team members.
• Create career development plans for team members.
• Supervise strategic scheduling and daily operations.
• Oversee the After Sales process and flow.
• Report store facilities and maintenance issues.
• Manage store expenses related to profit and loss.
• Manage inventory-related activities to minimize shrink results.
• Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations.
• Ensure alignment of visual merchandising practices with corporate guidelines.
• Manage stockroom operations to align inventory with sales potential.

• 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, passionate, and results-oriented with experience managing a high-volume store.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to travel and work weekends.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
