Summary
Lead and manage all sales and operations of a luxury retail store to meet sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional client experiences. Serve as a decisive and collaborative leader who develops talent, drives commercial performance, and fosters strong relationships within the store and broader market.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive client development activities to deepen relationships and increase lifetime value and spend.
- Create memorable in-store experiences and ensure consistent delivery of brand service standards.
- Coach and model selling techniques and guest experience behaviors on the sales floor.
- Recruit, hire, and develop talent, building succession and development plans.
- Manage operations and optimize store hospitality and amenities.
- Partner with market leadership and build influence within the mall and city.
- Utilize POS and client tracking systems to manage business performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or related client-facing industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing client relationships.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS and client tracking systems.
- Ability to work across sales and operations as business needs require.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College or university degree preferred.
