Store Director

Summary

Lead the store to achieve business goals by promoting brand engagement and customer loyalty, while recruiting developing and retaining a high performing team and ensuring compliance with headquarters directives and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and professional development to sales staff
• Set and monitor quantitative and qualitative targets and KPIs
• Analyze daily weekly and monthly results and conduct yearly assessments
• Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor
• Drive customer experience and loyalty initiatives
• Oversee inventory activities in collaboration with back office operations
• Ensure compliance with legal safety internal and stock procedures
• Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand

Requirements

• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
• 4 to 6 years of successful managerial retail experience
• Experience managing a team of at least 10
• Adaptability openness risk taking strong listening and curiosity
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
