Job Description

Summary

As a Store Director, you will be responsible for driving the overall results of the store, ensuring positive client interactions, and building a high-performance operations organization. You will lead the selling and operations process, manage resources efficiently, and represent the Saks Fifth Avenue brand standards across all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Drive maximum sales and growth in line with company vision and values.
  • Build and lead a strong service and selling team consistent with SFA standards.
  • Partner with the VP/GM and Area Marketing Director to develop strategies and action plans.
  • Oversee a Core Management Team and provide consistent communication.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and actively hire and fill open roles.
  • Execute all HR functions for the store.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience within a retail or higher volume environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to make financial and operational decisions.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Preferred knowledge of technology, including MS Office, G Suite, and digital selling tools.
