Lead and develop all sales and operations of a luxury retail store to meet sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities
- Lead store sales and operations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and motivate managers and team members to drive client development and sales performance.
- Manage key client relationships and personally deliver memorable service moments.
- Coach the team on the selling ceremony and maintain a consistent guest experience on the sales floor.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to increase lifetime client loyalty and spend.
- Hire, develop, and retain talent while fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Create development plans and provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and performance management.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance the in-store experience.
- Collaborate with market leadership to build spheres of influence within the mall and local community.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record of sales generation and meeting sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point of sale and client tracking systems.
- Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships to grow brand penetration.
- Willingness to perform various roles on the sales floor and in operations as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College or university degree preferred.
