Store Director - Topanga

As a Store Director at Neiman Marcus in Topanga, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through effective leadership and management. • Plan and execute store budgets to minimize operating expenses and maximize revenue.

• Maintain a strong presence on the floor and stay aware of daily operations.
• Set strategic objectives and priorities for the store.
• Develop, motivate, and train the management team.
• Recognize great performance and address performance issues.
• Review business with Division Buyers and discuss action plans.
• Champion new account and clientele acquisition programs.

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of related experience and/or training in retail senior management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Merchandising and visual set-up skills.
