Job Description

Summary

As a Store Manager at Moncler in Glendale, you will lead the store's operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for achieving business objectives, managing store operations, and developing your team to promote Moncler's brand values and vision.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent embodiment of Moncler Americas Sales and Service standards by all store employees.
  • Drive store sales and productivity through key KPI management.
  • Conduct business analysis and collaborate with the Regional Director to grow business strategically.
  • Execute company strategic initiatives, policies, and procedures flawlessly in-store.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients and ensuring high customer service levels.
  • Lead the team in establishing client relationships and proposing local events and consignment.
  • Coach and ensure compliance with company initiatives and training programs.
  • Manage employee performance and development through consistent communication and goal setting.
  • Recruit and hire high-caliber talent, building a talent pipeline.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and protection of company assets.
  • Monitor store expenses and maintain the operating budget.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and execute floor changes as necessary.
  • Analyze reporting and support stock levels to maintain high sell-through.
  • Train and communicate current product knowledge to associates.
  • Respond proactively to the competitive environment and identify future opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Retail Management experience, luxury experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation and employee development.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused.
  • Impeccable communication skills at all levels.
  • Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze business and take business-driving actions.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and Inventory Management systems.
