Summary
The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences while upholding brand standards and operational guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales metrics and implement action plans to achieve quantitative targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador and manage VIP initiatives to enhance client engagement.
- Coach and develop the store team, create career development plans, and participate in hiring.
- Lead team meetings and maintain ongoing communication with retail leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Manage inventory processes including cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory.
- Oversee after sales processes such as alterations, repairs, and spare parts management.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, visual merchandising guidelines, and labor laws.
- Manage store expenses related to profit and loss and report facility maintenance issues.
- Identify market trends and perform competitive analysis to support sales growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing high-volume stores and optimizing sales and operations.
- Ability to travel and work weekends as required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and operational processes.
