Lead store operations at a luxury menswear location, delivering exceptional customer experience, implementing company strategy, and developing a high performing leadership team. Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent exceptional customer experience and maintain an excellent in-store environment
- Coach and develop leadership team and associates on the sales floor
- Ensure Tailorshop and Customer Service functions meet expectations
- Implement company strategy and execute business initiatives
- Attract, retain, and develop leadership and top-selling talent
- Identify training needs and successors for key leadership positions
- Hold one-on-one meetings and formal assessments
- Plan effective scheduling and manage store operations
- Ensure key business success metrics are consistently achieved
Requirements
- 6 years of retail experience with senior leadership capacity in managing a store
- Proven track record improving sales operations and client experience KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to develop others with documented coaching and performance improvements
- Experience in menswear and across departments such as sportswear footwear accessories outerwear and tailored clothing
- Strong business acumen in luxury retail and ability to execute business plans
- Focus on driving long term customer loyalty and conversion
