Experienced boutique leader responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring outstanding client service, and optimizing boutique operations. Lead and motivate the boutique team to maximize sales and profit potential while representing the brand and participating in marketing and event activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive boutique sales and overall performance
• Lead customer relation management and deliver exceptional customer service
• Plan and participate in boutique marketing and event activities
• Manage, develop, and motivate the boutique team
• Oversee boutique reporting and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and brand guidelines
• Maintain strong knowledge of local market and client priorities

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• 7+ years previous experience in a management role in watches or high value luxury products preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus
• Additional language skills are a plus
• Self starter with a team player approach
• Availability to work retail hours including nights and weekends
