Lead and develop the Oakridge store team to achieve sales and operational targets while embodying luxury brand standards and delivering exceptional client experiences. Drive business growth through client development, coaching, recruitment, and hands-on floor leadership reporting to the Retail Director.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the store team through coaching and performance management.
- Build and maintain sustainable client relationships and drive repurchase rates.
- Develop and implement actions to achieve store sales and business goals.
- Act as a role model on selling and sales floor management.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain motivated and trained team members.
- Monitor store operations, standards, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage store budget and be accountable for business development results.
- Provide regular feedback and create development plans for staff.
Requirements
- Experience in premium or luxury retail environments with sales leadership background.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales results.
- Strong client development and relationship building skills.
- Operational and budget management experience.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and people development skills.
- Passion for being present on the sales floor and hands-on leadership.
