Lead the store as Brand Leader to achieve business objectives through strategic planning, exceptional client service, talent development, and efficient store operations. Drive sales growth, represent the brand in the marketplace, and ensure flawless execution of company initiatives and standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and productivity through KPI management and business analysis.
- Provide sales leadership with active floor presence and client engagement.
- Recruit, develop, and manage store talent including performance management and career pathing.
- Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, cash management, shipping and receiving.
- Manage store expenses and operating budget to control costs.
- Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards and floor changes.
- Support after sales operations and in-store consignment program to maximize client experience.
- Train staff on product knowledge, selling programs, CRM and operational procedures.
- Analyze reporting to support stock levels and align with product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience; luxury experience preferred.
- Proven track record in sales generation, clientele building, and employee development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to analyze business and implement action plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM and inventory management systems.
- Ability to stand and walk for majority of a 40-hour workweek and work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
