Store Manager - Valley Fair

Summary

As a Store Manager at Valley Fair, you will be responsible for overseeing the store's operations, leading the team, and driving sales performance. You will act as a Fendi Ambassador, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external clients while achieving store targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive and increase sales performance across all product categories.
• Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results.
• Develop and deliver events and incentives to grow the business.
• Lead customer service quality and mentor the team to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure alignment between front of house and back of house operations.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure bestsellers are always on display.
• Build a positive environment to develop and empower staff through goal setting and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use POS system and manage inventory functions.
• Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
