Store Support

Summary

Provide in-store operational and visual support to maintain organization, replenishment and presentation standards for the shop. Own back stock organization, merchandising displays and fixture upkeep while assisting with floor maintenance and event setup. Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs and support the department.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest level of organization of back stock and stockroom
• Ensure shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks and tables are full and neat
• Keep fixtures cleaned and maintained
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low styles or sizes to Skimbassador
• Run replenishment stock lists and escalate monthly using provided template
• Constantly refill product throughout the day
• Assist with markdowns, relocating fixtures and setting up special events
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors
• Provide general departmental support as needed

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Success working in a fast paced environment with ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use a variety of technology and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Reliable attendance and commitment to visual standards
