Summary
Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support in the boutique, assisting sales team and clients with merchandising, packaging, and after sales tasks while maintaining store presentation and stock organization.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients promptly and provide friendly assistance at point of sale
- Support sales team with hanging merchandise and returning items to the floor
- Retrieve stock and prepare items for the sales floor and stock room
- Maintain selling floor standards through straightening and replenishing merchandise
- Manage packaging and wrapping duties and ensure supply levels of bags boxes ribbons and stationery
- Answer phones and provide timely client service and communication
- Log repairs contact clients and maintain after sales records
- Support concierge doorperson and greeter host activities as needed
- Perform clerical tasks to support front and back of house operations
Requirements
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle difficult situations with composure and empathy
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Available for temporary seasonal assignment at the King Of Prussia store
- Willingness to perform both front of house and back of house clerical duties
