Job Description

Summary

As a Store Support team member at Ralph Lauren in Leesburg, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will be part of a dynamic team, focused on driving sales and supporting company initiatives while embodying the core values of Ralph Lauren.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction in all decisions and actions.
  • Participate in team training to enhance business results.
  • Utilize new technology to support business growth.
  • Ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
  • Engage in networking to build a clientele.
  • Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
  • Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden customer accessibility to products.
  • Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.
Requirements
  • Retail experience or similar industry experience preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and perform physical tasks.
  • Capability to operate the register and work flexible schedules.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
