Summary

The Style Advisor delivers personalized client experiences and builds strong client relationships while meeting and exceeding sales targets. The role requires applying an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise, maintaining deep product knowledge, and representing the Givenchy brand in every client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels and drive business
• Maintain product knowledge across all categories to best service client preferences
• Deepen and develop client relationships through personalized communication including handwritten notes, phone calls, and emails
• Capture customer data through discovery of each guest and act on NPS and client feedback
• Serve as a styling visionary for seasonal product and key business essentials
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, after care and inventory control as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years sales, retail, hospitality or cross-industry experience
• Proven history of driving sales and achieving results
• Engaging client interaction skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to anticipate client desires and provide exceptional time management
• Service-oriented attitude and willingness to support clients and co-workers
• College level education preferred
