The Style Advisor will deliver personalized luxury shopping experiences at the Soho boutique, build strong client relationships, and strive to meet and exceed sales targets while embodying the brand's aesthetic and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accountability for individual performance objectives
- Recommend merchandise using an omni-channel approach
- Stay current with market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain product knowledge across all categories to serve client preferences
- Create memorable guest experiences using personalized service and the brand selling ceremony
- Deepen client relationships through ongoing communication including notes calls and emails
- Capture customer data through discovery of each guest
- Support store operations including visual merchandising inventory and after care
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years sales retail hospitality or cross-industry experience
- Proven history of driving sales and results
- Strong client engagement and communication skills written and verbal
- Excellent time management and service orientation
- Ability to anticipate client desires and provide exceptional hospitality
- College level education preferred
- Ability to adhere to company policies and support store initiatives
