Responsibilities

• Complete multi-layered training to develop styling and product expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready to wear and custom products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client relationships and increase loyalty through personalized service
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed according to visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and operational procedures
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales hospitality or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team based culture
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
• Willingness to travel to other stores and abroad
