Summary

Provide personalized styling and sales service to customers, presenting and educating on fit, construction, and style of ready to wear and custom made products. Build client relationships through a personal approach, participate in training to develop expertise, and support store operations and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi layered training program to develop product and selling skills
• Present and educate customers on fit construction and style of products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed per visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and operations to company requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales hospitality or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team based culture
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
