• Engage customers through in-store interactions and digital channels including text, social media, and apps.
• Drive sales through outreach, appointment-setting, and follow-up with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized selling environment.
• Sell across multiple departments and introduce customers to loyalty and event opportunities.
