Stylist

As a Stylist at Chloé Saks 5th Avenue, you will serve as an ambassador of the Maison, welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service. You will be a reliable team player, committed to delivering the best experience and building long-term client relationships.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
• Engage in personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
• Capture client data and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and meet individual and store KPIs.
• Participate in training and commercial activities to achieve sales and CRM targets.
• Maintain an impeccable store environment and support colleagues and managers.
• Inform management of any structural repairs needed to ensure a luxurious environment.
• Implement store and BOH management guidelines and participate in inventories.
• Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable service.

• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales targets.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a luxurious store environment.
