As a Stylist at Chloe in Dallas, you will serve as an ambassador of the Maison, welcoming guests into the Chloe family. You will act as a trustworthy advisor to clients and a reliable team player, striving to provide the best experience possible.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Engage in personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to meet CRM targets.
• Capture client data and maintain detailed notes on customer interactions.
• Offer excellent customer service and deliver strong business performance through omnichannel services.
• Engage in actions to meet store and individual sales and KPIs targets.
• Ensure an impeccable store environment and support colleagues and managers.
• Inform management of any structural repairs needed in the store.
• Implement guidelines related to store management and participate in inventories.
• Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable after-sales service.

• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
