Responsibilities

• Provide confident, honest styling advice to help customers select pieces that complement their wardrobe.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through appointments, follow-up, events, and digital engagement (text, social media, Nordstrom apps).
• Drive sales by setting appointments, reaching targets, and participating in outreach during event and non-event periods.
• Sell across departments and collaborate to keep the sales floor and merchandise organized and welcoming.
• Work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and styling/wardrobe knowledge with the ability to organize and advise customers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-driven energy to build a personal client business.
• Comfort with digital engagement and social media to inspire and retain customers.
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and to lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to complete Nordstrom's comprehensive training program and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
